Listing Of Open Positions:
Responsible for the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers. Responsible for the timely and accurate posting of month-end journal entries. Prepares periodic reports, reviews and reconciles general ledger accounts. Maintains the credit union’s accounting records for CALL reporting and other regulatory reporting. Handles debit and credit card chargebacks and disputes.
Two or more years of accounting experience and Symitar experience preferred.
Under general supervision, performs daily routine support functions in the areas of Title Tracking (autos and mortgages), CL&D claims, collection payments, Chargebacks and CAMS alerts. Reviews and audits a sample of loans, ensures loans are properly documented and that all criteria used to approve and issue the loan meets credit union policy and procedures. Reviews New Accounts to ensure these meet credit union policies. Reviews file maintenance transactions, and system reports on loan and non-loan related transactions for consistency, accuracy and compliance. Assists management in the preparation of month-end reports and projects.
